Cute videos too. Maybe we could get some friends and pop into your tub to sing a few bars! Or, maybe we could get a few friends and pop into the bar to drink a few tubs .......... of something refreshing to fool me into thinking my singing sounds good.

Great formula, Bev. Now I want to edit the previous comments I made! Could you leave some tips for these tricky plural words like children (children's vs childrens') too please? Spell check shows both as wrong but I think only the second one isn't a legit word. Help!

A wonderful summation of 'People of the Book', Bev. I agree with everything you say about it. I loved it but certainly couldn't express it as well as you have done. You raise a good point about the connectedness created by a real book and the pleasure we derive from the sensory experience. I fear that one day, with computerized books, our grandchildren will miss out on the tactile - the weight and feel and even, occasionally, highlighting and writing in the margins to guide us back to special phrases or for someone else to find. Touch screens will be the best they can hope for.

Great tip! I never did have those two straight. As I sit here comfortably in front of my computer, my mind turns to the exercise I should/could be doing. And, as my back-of-brain talks to me, I see the 'c' as an inactive slouch and the 's' as a wiggly, bending verb. You have spurted some retention in this ole brain of mine, Bev. Thanks!

Well, one thing about it, you don't let my mind get 'stationary'. Is there an 'a' link there with Alzheimers and staying in the past? I know.... a long stretch and really corny.

I didn't know you were so philanthropic - lucky Uncle Karl! You may want to throw in for our next o/s trip lol. Maybe Baxter could try some mouth art next time he's confined to quarters. Very funny post, Bev.
